1.Managing My Templates
Once you've created a template in Chart Factory for Jira, you have several management options when saving it. These actions resetting, copying, or deleting a template allow you to maintain flexibility while working with pre-existing chart templates. Below are the steps to manage a template:

Managing Templates in Folders
When viewing or managing your templates in the My Templates section, you can organize and navigate your templates within folders. Here, you can see how to access templates under a specific category or folder.
Selecting a Template: Click on a folder, such as "Time Reports," to view the templates stored within it. In this example, the "Total Time Spent By Status" bar chart template is displayed.
Template Actions: You can perform actions on individual templates or groups of templates, such as:
Moving templates between folders using the Move option.
Deleting templates using the Delete option.
Applying selected templates by clicking Apply.
Searching for Templates: Use the search bar at the top to quickly locate templates by name within your folder.

In Chart Factory for Jira, you also have the option to use templates that have been shared with you by other users. While working with Shared Templates, the actions you can take are similar to those available with My Templates, with some differences: you cannot save changes directly to a shared template. Instead, you can only save a copy of the template , and shared templates cannot be deleted.
