The External calendars integration feature in Timesheet Tracking for Jira allows users to integrate their Google Calendar or Outlook Cloud Calendar with calendars, enabling seamless event tracking and synchronizationreading the events from this providers. This feature ensures that all scheduled meetings and events appear directly in the Timesheet calendar with the ability to convert them into worklogs.

Once external calendar events from Google or Outlook Cloud are successfully fetched, users have the option to convert them partially or totally to worklogs. This conversion allows for better tracking within Jira. You have to assign an issue to your the worklog. |

Open the event from the integrated calendar.
Choose Convert to Worklog.
If needed, adjust the time before confirming the conversion.
Once converted, the event appears in the Worklog section.
