Timesheet Tracking for Jira (CLOUD) becomes paid starting from October 23 rd. 2022

UPDATE - OCTOBER 31 RD

The paid plugin version is now available for almost everybody. To start with this version and benefit from the launch price, you have to :

1. Update the plugin to version 1.1.0-AC in the manage apps tab

2. Start free trial. This free trial will last at least 30 days, until your second billing cycle.

3. We will be charging starting from the end of the trial period which may be before or after November 30th. This has no impact in the launch prices.

The only thing to do is to update the plugin and start free trial before November 30th.

During the free trial, you can stop trial and uninstall the plugin, you will not be charged during the free trial.

You can stop trial at any time before the indicated date, without charges

During the free trial, you can stop trial and uninstall the plugin, you will not be charged during the free trial.

UPDATE - OCTOBER 23 RD

Due to the high demand, the workflow will proceed gradually during next days. We remember that the plugin stays free of charge until November 30th.

What to do in the upcoming days ?

1. Jira administrators will receive an email, in the next few days, informing that the plugin becomes officially paid. We will also add a banner in the plugin homepage to confirm that. The banner will be visible in JIRA---> Apps---> Timesheet

2. Starting from that notification, you will be able to generate quotes and calculate how much it will cost for your instance.

3. You have until November 30th to subscribe, benefiting from launch prices listed in the table below.

Important to remember that the plugin is free and accessible until November 30th for existing instances.

We are now converting the plugin into a paying plugin in order to maintain and strengthen our product quality and consolidate our maturity cycle to bring up the plugin to the highest level of professionalism with more exciting functionalities. Our philosophy is to remain, as always, very simple, user friendly  but offer the best user’s experience.

As a big thank you for your support however, we decided to establish a payment scheme for the early subscribers (from October 23 rd. until November 30th 2022). You can benefit more from this launch price by purchasing the plugin for 1 year instead of a monthly subscription, as Atlassian offers generally a further discount.

Afterwards, we will remain committed to keep you the discount at each renewal date.

Launch Pricing from October 23 rd. until November 30th 2022 :

In December 2022, the prices will be doubled for every tier. The 0-10 tier will have a flat cost at 5 USD per month.

WHAT TO DO EXACTLY TO HAVE THE DISCOUNT

The only thing to do is to purchase the plugin from Atlassian marketplace between October 23 rd. and November 30th 2022 (monthly or annual subscription):

1. Before October 23 rd. 2022 : Nothing to do. You can use the plugin as usual.

2. Between October 23 rd. and November 30th 2022 : Just purchase the plugin from Atlassian marketplace or UPM where you manage usually your Atlassian licenses. After purchasing the plugin, you will receive a confirmation mail mentioning the purchase date. Prices are detailed in the table above.

3. Afterwards, each month or each year, you will have the renew with those launch prices (automatically for monthly subscriptions and manually by quote for annual subscriptions) unless you uninstall the add-on.
