Timesheet Tracking for Jira (CLOUD) becomes paid starting from October 23 rd. 2022

  1. The free trial duration is at least 30 days :

    1. Jira - Monthly subscription : If you have a monthly jira subscription, the free trial will last until your second billing cycle. (For example, if your billing cycle is December 28th and you start free trial on November 30th, you will be charged for the first time on January 28th). You can stop trial at any time without any charges. At the trial end date, you will be charged automatically.

    2. Jira - Annual subscription (standard or premium plans) : Once you start the free trial (30 days in this case), you will be able to generate a quote. You have to pay it before trial end date to continue using the plugin without interruption.

  2. The billing process will be exactly the same as your existing Atlassian products. So no need to redefine payment methods..

  3. Your Atlassian invoice will contain a Timesheet tracking for Jira line in addition of other Atlassian products

Jira instances having an annual subscription under standard and premium plans, can generate quotes before trial end date and start already using a fully licenced app, if wanted

Other instances have to wait until the trial end date, without any impact on the launch prices.

You can stop the free trial or the subscription at any time.

FAQs & pricing :

Please check the price simulator and FAQ here : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216988/timesheet-tracking-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=pricing

How do I determine my cloud pricing

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Jira. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price

  • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.

  • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

  • Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased

Quotes :

Please check Atlassian documentation about quotes process. https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-quotes/

Please notice that quotes are available only if you have already an annual Jira subscription under standard and premium plans.
