We're pleased to present Timesheet tracking for Jira v5.4.0
New Timeline
The new Timeline includes all system and custom fields, with options to display by month and quarter, among others.
Issue Context
We present a unique feature at the issue level. This feature must be enabled in the Administration settings and will display a section to group all totals for time spent, original estimate, and remaining estimate across all hierarchy levels (children, subtasks, etc.). From this issue context, you can access a compact, browsable table of worklogs and work plans, bulk delete or move them to another issue. Please refer to the documentation for a detailed overview of the feature.
Planning and Events
We have implemented several new features included in this version :
Planning Module
You can allow, after enabling the capability in the administration section, your users to plan their time your the time for their team / project members. The plans can be then converted into worklogs.
Please refer to the related documentation before turning on the capability.
Events
You can allow, after enabling the capability in the administration section, your users to integrate their Google / Outlook events into the Timesheet Tracking calendars . From there, users can convert totally or some of the events into a worklogs.
