Forge version only — Availability Notice
This feature is available on the Forge version only, either via manual update or automatically for new installations after July 1st, 2025.

Schedules are only used for automatic time tracking. When Auto-Timer is set to respect working hours, it relies on these configured schedules to determine when time should start and stop.
🎯 Overview
Work schedules are essential for accurate time tracking and performance analysis. When using Auto-Timer, schedules define the active working hours per day for each user, allowing the plugin to track time only during business hours.
These configurations are especially useful for:
Teams with shift-based working hours
Part-time employees
Global organizations across multiple time zones

⏰ Work Schedules
🔎 Accessing the Schedule Module
Go to Timesheet → Settings
Under Team Management, select Schedules
This opens a full list of available schedules with day-by-day work hour configuration.
➕ Creating a New Schedule
Click Add Schedule to define a new configuration.
In the modal, configure:
Field | Description |

Name | A clear label (Standard Week, Night Shift) |
Description | Optional description of the schedule’s purpose |
Timezone | Defines how hours are interpreted |
Assign to Users | Apply directly to individuals |
Work Hours per Day | Define one or more time ranges for each day |
Set as Default | Fallback schedule for unassigned users |
You can assign different schedules to different users to reflect part-time work, shifts, or international teams.
🕒 Schedule Assignment – Logic
No Default Schedule → User has no schedule → timer runs without any time constraints.
Default Schedule exists, no user assignment → Default schedule is applied.
User has specific schedule → Assigned schedule overrides default.
