Timesheet Dashboard Overview
The Timesheet Dashboard in the Cappsule plugin provides a user-friendly and centralized platform to manage and track work time efficiently. This section details the dashboard components, emphasizing enhanced navigation features and options.
Dashboard Components:
Action Tiles:
Open Timesheet View: Navigate to a detailed timesheet interface to view and analyze logged time entries. This view supports reviewing weekly or daily tracked work hours.
Open Calendar View: Opens a calendar-based representation of time entries, offering a visual overview of tracked activities
Create a New Report - Advanced: Generate customized reports using advanced configuration and filters to meet specific reporting needs.
Saved Report Filters:
This section allows quick access to previously saved filters and includes multiple tools for easy management:
Search Bar: Quickly locate a saved report by typing keywords into the search field.
Quick Filter Dropdown:
Favorite: Displays only the saved filters marked as favorites.
Last Updated: Shows filters recently modified, allowing quick access to updated configurations.
All: Lists all saved filters, regardless of modification date or status.
Report List:
Displays saved filters by name under the Reports column.
Highlights creation and last update timestamps in respective columns (Created and Last Updated).
Actions Menu:
The three-dot icon ("...") provides additional options for managing saved filters, such as editing, sharing, or deleting them
