We’d like to inform you about Timesheet Tracking for Jira pricing structure, effective on October 24th, 2024. Based on extensive customer feedback, a detailed market analysis and our increasing cost structure, we’ve developed a new pricing model designed to better serve your team’s evolving needs.

This change is crucial to :

• Expand customer support to new regions and time zones: Our customer support has maintained an impressive 4.9 out of 5 rating over the past two years. We must continue meeting Atlassian's standards to retain both Cloud Fortified https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/cloud-fortified-apps-program/ and Data Center certifications (Data Center Licensing | Atlassian ).

• Sustainable growth : We have not raised our prices since launching our product in March 2020 for DC and late 2022 for Cloud, despite constant cost increases in HR, hosting, maintenance, network, and security to handle over 1.5 million requests through the plugin per month.

TRANSITION

In alignment with Atlassian's pricing policy, existing customers can take advantage of a 60-day price override starting on October 24th. This allows them to lock in the current rate for renewals or app purchases, as long as they remain within the same user tier and the quote is generated before the renewal override date (60 days from the price change i.e 22 December 2024). The current licences price remains unchanged until upgrade or renewal (example : if your maintenance end date is on September 2025 , the new price will be applied only on September 2025 unless you upgrade your tier before maintenance end date)

For those evaluating the app, Cloud evaluators can secure the lower price by completing their purchase before the evaluation period ends. However, Data Center evaluators will be subject to new pricing unless they have pre-existing quotes, and renewals must be ordered and paid for before October 24th to maintain the current rate.

Additionally, we offer support for customers migrating to Data Center or Cloud through Atlassian’s Dual Licensing program.

To summarize for existing customers:

• The price change will be applied on October 24th on the marketplace page.

• You will benefit of the old price until December 22nd 2024 if you renew or upgrade before this date.

• After December 22nd , an upgrade in user tier or a renewal will apply the new price. Othererwise, no price changes until your current license maintenance end date anniversary.

NEW PRICING DETAILS

Datacenter

Data Center products have stringent requirements for both performance across multiple nodes and security, in addition to our commitment to enhancing the product with new features such as Agenda Mode, Planning, Timesheet, and Timeline—already released this year. The new prices are still < 1 USD per user per month.

CLOUD

The new pricing model presents a minimal price increase for lower user tiers. Average prices per user per month are still < 1 USD.

Annual pricing is tiered and calculated at 10 times the monthly rate (2 months offered)
